I am a Business Strategist, university professor, and the author of Bridge the Purpose Gap.
With over 20 years of experience in communication and leadership development, I have spent my career studying how leaders make decisions, communicate, and lead, and what gets in the way when the strategy doesn't fit the person running it.
I opened my practice in 2023 with one clear focus: helping business owners stop running someone else's playbook and start building a business that actually fits them.
